Jojoba oil, from the bean of a desert shrub that grows in the Southwestern United States, is really a liquid wax that penetrates skin and hair quickly and has moisture enhancing and conditioning effects. Jojoba oil is extremely stable so it does not turn rancid easily and it is virtually odorless. Also contains lanolin that moisturizes by bonding to water and adhering to skin or scalp, thus adding to moisture retention. No scent or color added.
